Laura Stefanko-Echolc graduated with her Master’s of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from San José State University in May of 2026. Prior to graduating, she completed her final externship experience with Therapy at Play in San Ramon.
Laura has experience working with children, teenagers, and adults addressing the areas of expressive and receptive language, articulation, phonology, fluency, social and pragmatic language, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC). She previously gained experience working at San José State’s Kay Armstead Clinic, and in the Hayward Unified School District, where Laura assessed and treated students across 10+ different schools with a focus on AAC.
In her free time, Laura enjoys thrifting/antiquing, traveling, and being around friends and family (including her cats!).
